These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and judik88 ("judik88," "we," "us," "our"), governing your use of the judik88 website located at judik88.co and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and gaming products. By registering an account or using any judik88 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under judik88's anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet value a Member must place before Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or accessing any restricted area of the judik88 Platform, you confirm that you: (a) have read and understood these Terms; (b) are at least 21 years of age; (c) are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the judik88 Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by judik88's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register a judik88 account, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of judik88 or its affiliated game suppliers.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain only one (1) active Account on the judik88 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated Funds and Bonus Funds.

judik88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility, identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your judik88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. judik88 will not be liable for any losses, claims, or expenses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must promptly notify judik88 customer support via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. judik88 will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account upon receiving such notice, but cannot guarantee that transactions completed prior to notice being received will be reversed.

All Account communications, including promotional notifications and security alerts, will be sent to the email address registered at the time of account creation. You are responsible for ensuring your registered contact details remain current.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All deposits and withdrawals on the judik88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). judik88 accepts the following payment methods where available: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction. judik88 does not impose a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges for which judik88 accepts no responsibility.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit or to a verified account held in the Member's own name. judik88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing time is between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected; judik88 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors.

judik88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or where account activity triggers an anti-money laundering review. Affected withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending completion of review. Members will be notified and given the opportunity to provide required documentation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, judik88 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional rewards to Members. All such promotions are subject to: (a) the general terms set out in this clause; and (b) any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer on the Platform.

Unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all judik88 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Member's Account wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal of the bonus amount or any associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• judik88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus offer at any time where judik88 reasonably believes the offer has been claimed through abuse, error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Each eligible Member may claim each promotion once only unless the promotion terms explicitly permit repeated claims.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed on the judik88 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules published within each product. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before wagering.

judik88 uses independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all digital casino and slot titles. Live dealer products are operated by licensed studio providers whose dealing processes are independently certified. Certified RTP figures are available within the information panel of each game.

judik88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) a technical or software error has materially affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed in error due to incorrect odds or price display caused by a system fault; or (c) the outcome was directly influenced by fraudulent conduct. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's wallet and no additional compensation will be payable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the judik88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes in a manner not consistent with legitimate play.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another individual to use your Account.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity or otherwise violating applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting or gaming outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the judik88 Platform, including but not limited to the judik88 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of judik88 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any judik88 intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judik88's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

judik88 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures; or (d) temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond judik88's reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

judik88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a judik88 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.

12. Responsible Gaming

judik88 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following player protection tools accessible directly from the account settings dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation.

Permanent self-exclusion from judik88 cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, judik88 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded Member from accessing their Account; however, Members bear responsibility for not circumventing self-exclusion measures through the creation of new accounts.

13. Termination and Suspension

judik88 may at its sole discretion suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect where: (a) the Member is in material breach of these Terms; (b) judik88 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) the Member has requested self-exclusion; or (d) judik88 has reasonable grounds to believe continued operation of the Account poses a legal, financial, or integrity risk.

Upon closure of an Account in circumstances not arising from the Member's breach, any verified real-money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting judik88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course prior to closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which judik88 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of a dispute between a Member and judik88 arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through judik88's internal complaints procedure, which is initiated by contacting customer support via live chat.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by judik88's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.

15. Amendments to These Terms

judik88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the judik88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
